This animation shows some faeries meandering carelessly against the night sky, complete with stars and a full moon.
Each faery is actually made up of 3 overlapping triangles, which randomly change size, creating the fluttering effect.
The faeries' movement is also random. Each faery has a speed of movement, and this speed randomly changes slightly on every animation frame. I also imposed a maximum speed limit on faeries. Overall it gives them a kind of tranquil meandaring effect.
I like this animation as it is. But I might come back to this and add some interactive elements. Maybe the mouse could control a light that attracts the faeries.
